Keeping organized.

We all rely on various pouches, bags and cases to stash all the items we might need during the day on set. Having them with you at your workstation is certainly better than running over to dig them out of a case. Some of you reading this might be using Klein tool bags, CRD bags, or some cheap ones off Amazon. They all come with their pros/cons. Some are super cheap, others are pretty expensive making it hard to justify the quantity needed. (Especially if you have multiple kits with different needs.) While just basic zippered pouches are great for somethings they can be lacking. So, is there a better way?

Earlier this year I began working with Carlos at LVNA Digital to come up with something that's more than just a zippered pouch to toss into a case. Well after a bunch of tinkering, testing and discussion it's finally ready. Carlos definitely put in the lion's share of work on this project and the end result is... The LVNA M.A.P. System (Modular Accessory Panel)

This system consists of a custom MOLLE panel specifically designed to use with INOVATIV workstations. It can quickly be installed or removed withe integrated buckles that secure into the accessory channel along the top edge and the vertical poles on the left/right.

You might be asking "What's MOLLE?" It stands for Modular Light Load-carrying Equipment. You can read more about it HERE. 

The M.A.P. System includes 7 pouches (4x medium, 3x small) and rubber hook/loop patches to label each pouch. Because of the MOLLE panel, the pouches can be moved around to customize the arrangement or removed and installed as needed. It's also compatible with any existing MOLLE pouches or accessories you might already have. Customization and versatility are ready key here. Combing these two allow for quicker and easier set-up and break down on set.

There's also another great features to the system.The tri-fold design, this means It can fold-up and lock into place with the integrated buckles and stored in a Pelican 1510/1535AIR (or any similar sized case). This feature works best when using the LVNA MOLLE pouches but could certainly work with other arrangements and pouches as well.

Of course the M.A.P doesn't have to go in a case. All of the pouches are secured in place and It can just as easily be carried around as-is with the integrated carry handle.

  • Convenient tri-fold design that folds and buckles into a compact, easy-to-carry bag that fits perfectly into a Pelican 1510/1535 Air (Or similarly sized case) When using the included LVNA MOLLE Pouches.
  • Side release buckle on the top edge of the panel for quick and easy mounting through the INOVATIV™ accessory channels on either side of the workstation.
  • Two side release buckles on the left and right sides to securely attach the panel to the vertical poles on workstations.
  • Two ¾” grommets allowing it to be secured to the threaded rails plates on Voyager and Apollo workstations (Not compatible with 30” Voyager)
  • Hook & loop panels for attachment of labels, patches or accessories.
